In addition to the many trails found in the Prescott and Russell area, one of the largest cycling and walking network is found in the Larose Forest.
TRAILS CYCLING NETWORK
The recreational trail is a safe and multifunctional trail that crosses the entire territory of the United Counties of Prescott and Russell, located in Eastern Ontario between Ottawa and Montreal. With a distance of 72 km, the trail is used in the winter for snowmobiling and in the summer for walking and biking.
In Larose Forest, some trails are reserved for a single activity and others are shared.

The United Counties of Prescott and Russell, in collaboration with the
MRCs of Argenteuil and Papineau, in Quebec, have developed a cycling
network that highlights the majestic Ottawa River. Take one of the
enchanting routes on one of the three cycling loops and discover our
beautiful part of the country.
