About Us
The Prescott and Russell Entrepreneurship Centre (PREC) was created to focus on the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that are the backbone of Ontario's economy, creating jobs, innovation and prosperity. We help small business owners and entrepreneurs succeed in the United Counties of Prescott and Russell by offering information, tools and support during start-up and growth stages of business operation. We also offer seminars, workshops and networking opportunities that are designed with the entrepreneur in mind.
The PREC is in partnership with the Ministry of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade, the United Counties of Prescott and Russell (UCPR) and many community partners.
